DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Thursday October 7th at 7:00 PM at the Italian Cultural Centre of Milton for a candle lighting ceremony to honour those who have sought hospice care in their community and to express support for access to residential hospice palliative care in North Halton. \nThe ceremony will include readings about hospice care\, live music and lighting of votive candles with personal intentions supporting access to hospice care for the residents of North Halton. \nAll welcome and registration is free.
