DESCRIPTION:Webinar Description:\nBeing a caregiver has many rewards\, but can also be exhausting physically\, mentally and emotionally\, particularly in the midst of a pandemic. In this webinar we will look at the effects of caregiving on health and well being\, taking responsibility for your own care\, and identifying barriers and managing stress through effective coping strategies.  \nFeatured Presenter: Ana Nunes-Freitas\, Wellness Care Manager and Caregiver Educator\, Acclaim Health \nAna Nunes-Freitas is the Care Manager for Wellness Services at Acclaim Health\, and works in the community providing support to caregivers of those with dementia. Her passion is wellness and helping others find balance in their lives. Ana brings both personal and professional experience to caregivers in the community\, providing one to one consultations\, dementia education\, and strategies for prioritizing self care to enhance the caregiver’s role.
