SUMMARY:Compassion Classic Golf Tournament 2022
DESCRIPTION:The Compassion Classic 2022\nA fabulous time was had by all who attended the Compassion Classic this year! With everyone’s support we were able to raise just over $48\,000 for Townsend Smith Foundation! \nThe Compassion Classic charitable golf tournament is an important annual fundraising event organized by volunteers to support the Townsend Smith Foundation (TSF) and our goal to build and operate a hospice residence for the people in North Halton. Together we’ll reframe our collective experiences to help foster adaption and resiliency\, acknowledging this is “not business or life as usual” and learning ways to incorporate wellness practices into our daily lives. \nFeatured Speaker: Ana Nunes currently works as the Wellness Care Manager and Educator at Acclaim Health. In this position Ana provides consultations\, education and robust community programming with the help of volunteers\, with the goal of strengthening individual wellness. Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/ Sociology with post graduate studies in education\, geriatrics\, health and alternative complimentary therapies.
