DESCRIPTION:The Townsend Smith Foundation is pleased to offer a four-part educational series facilitated by Catholic Deacon Joe Murphy of Saint Benedict Parish\, Milton (Hamilton Diocese). \nThis faith-based program provides caregivers\, family members\, and friends facing a terminal illness with space to learn\, reflect\, and find hope in the palliative care journey – exploring palliative care through theological\, ethical\, and medical perspectives. \n* individuals from all faiths are welcome\, but please note that these sessions are based on Catholic beliefs. \nRegistration is free – sign up for as many sessions as you would like.
