About the Care Builders Program
Care Builders is North Halton Hospice’s recurring giving program, created for donors who want to make a steady and lasting impact for people and families in Milton and Halton Hills. By giving on a recurring basis, Care Builders help provide reliable support for compassionate hospice care, community programs, grief and bereavement support, and the work needed to bring hospice care closer to home.
Your recurring gift, in any amount, helps build a strong foundation of care month after month. As a special thank you, donors who give $20 or more per month will receive an exclusive North Halton Hospice 1.5″ magnetic lapel pin (rendering shown below), a symbol of the compassion you are helping build in our community. Together, Care Builders are creating comfort, dignity, and support for every life, every moment.
